OFFICIAL OWNERSHIP DECLARATION

Tools & Tie-Dye Designs is hereby recognized as a protected creative brand, design division, and commercial identity operating under the ownership and legal structure of T&E Collectors Cove LLC.

All original artwork, graphic designs, logos, concepts, branding materials, slogans, product mockups, apparel designs, media content, visual layouts, advertising assets, website graphics, print materials, and related intellectual property associated with Tools & Tie-Dye Designs are declared to be the sole creative property of:

Timothy James Hair
Danielle Nicole Keech

Collectively referred to herein as “The Owners.”

The Owners maintain equal partnership rights, creative authority, commercial rights, licensing rights, reproduction rights, and distribution rights relating to all original content produced under the Tools & Tie-Dye Designs brand.

PARENT COMPANY PROTECTION

Tools & Tie-Dye Designs operates under the legal and commercial protection of:

T&E Collectors Cove LLC

All intellectual property associated with Tools & Tie-Dye Designs may be held, managed, licensed, protected, or commercially operated through T&E Collectors Cove LLC for purposes including but not limited to:

Trademark protection
Copyright registration
Licensing
Manufacturing
Print-on-demand fulfillment
Wholesale distribution
Retail sales
Digital commerce
Advertising
Brand expansion
Media publication
Product development
This relationship establishes legal continuity and operational protection for the brand and its associated assets.

COPYRIGHT DECLARATION

All original creative works associated with Tools & Tie-Dye Designs are protected under applicable United States copyright law immediately upon creation.

This includes but is not limited to:

Tool-themed artwork
Blue-collar inspired designs
Logos
Product layouts
Mockups

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, duplication, modification, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission from the Owners is prohibited.

CREATIVE RIGHTS & MEDIA OWNERSHIP

Any future designs, graphics, promotional materials, AI-assisted artwork, photographs, videos, apparel layouts, branding assets, and digital creations produced specifically for Tools & Tie-Dye Designs shall remain the intellectual property of the Owners unless explicitly transferred in writing.

This includes:

Social media advertisements
Website graphics
Print-on-demand products
DTF artwork
Product mockups
Video content
Promotional banners
Marketing campaigns
Merchandise collections
Future collaborations

Third-party manufacturers, dropshipping providers, printers, or contractors receive limited production rights only and do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property.

LICENSING & COMMERCIAL USE

The Owners reserve the exclusive right to:

Sell merchandise

Create derivative works
Authorize collaborations
Approve reproductions
Control branding usage
Expand product categories
Operate online storefronts

No outside entity may commercially reproduce or distribute Tools & Tie-Dye Designs intellectual property without written authorization.

PARTNERSHIP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Owners acknowledge that Tools & Tie-Dye Designs was developed through collaborative creative effort and shared business intent.

Ownership rights, unless otherwise modified by future written agreement, shall be considered equally shared between:

Danielle Nicole Keech

No transfer of ownership, licensing authority, or intellectual property rights shall occur without mutual written consent.
